In this Quarterly OASIS Update, we will break down the latest CMS Q&As, discuss key HHVBP changes, and take a deep dive into two critical OASIS items—M1033 (Risk for Hospitalization) and M1000 (Patient Living Situation).


Through interactive scenarios, we will address common clinician struggles, provide practical strategies to improve accuracy, and explore how these items impact functional scoring, risk adjustment, and quality outcomes. This session is designed to equip home health professionals with the latest insights, tips, and best practices to ensure OASIS accuracy and success in 2025 and beyond.

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
