RI and Guardian Medical Monitoring provide 24 hour personal emergency response and patient engagement services that support individuals receiving care at home. We are available not only for emergency intervention, but also for everyday engagement and support based on the needs of the people we serve. We own and operate our call center, allowing us to maintain consistent quality, continuous training, and direct oversight of every interaction. Our team is available around the clock to respond to emergencies, provide reassurance, and engage with patients and caregivers when additional support is needed. By working closely with home health and hospice organizations, VRI and Guardian Medical Monitoring help extend care beyond in person visits, support timely communication, and offer peace of mind to patients, families, and care teams.
