Lily Hospice is a family-owned, Medicare-certified, ACHC-accredited hospice based in Troy, Michigan, serving Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. Our team (nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers) cares for patients wherever they live: at home, in assisted living, memory care, adult foster care and nursing facilities.
