Supporting, training, and retaining high-quality in-home aides has never been more important, and in 2026, MHHA is rolling out a brand new member benefit designed to support agencies and the aides they employ.
We are excited to introduce Partnership in Quality Care, a monthly newsletter series created specifically for in-home aides. This practical, easy-to-use resource delivers focused education that reinforces essential caregiving skills, professionalism, and quality standards.
This benefit is included with membership and is designed to support ongoing training, reinforce best practices, and provide agencies with ready-to-use educational tools.
What’s Included Each Month
Each monthly topic includes a complete training packet that agencies can deploy immediately:
- Educational newsletter written for in-home aides
- Short quiz to reinforce learning
- Answer key for supervisors or trainers
- Customizable certificate of completion
These materials can be used as part of onboarding, ongoing education, staff meetings, or to support required training hours.
