Important Update: Registration Now Required for Committee Meetings

MHHA committee meetings are one of our most valuable member benefits, providing a place to connect, share expertise, and influence the future of home care, hospice, and HME in Michigan. To ensure these meetings remain exclusive to our members, we are introducing a new registration process.

Here’s what’s changing:

1. Registration is required to attend committee meetings.
2. Only registered attendees will receive the Zoom link, which will be sent the day before the meeting.
3. Agendas and minutes will continue to be sent to all members on the committee list as usual.
   • These emails will now include a reminder to register in order to receive the Zoom link.
4. When logging into the meeting, attendees will be verified against our membership database before being admitted from the waiting room.
5. All attendees must have their name displayed on Zoom when joining.

These changes are designed to protect the integrity of your MHHA membership and make sure that the valuable work of our committees remains member-focused.

Continuing Education for Nursing:

Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

This session has been approved for 0.5hr of Continuing Education (CE).

Criteria for awarding contact hours:

Attendees must be present for the full 30 minutes.  At the conclusion of the event, attendees complete an evaluation form.
