Lunch and Learn: Augmented Team: How AI is Transforming Care

This session explores how AI can strengthen care delivery across the patient journey, from intake and documentation to quality, compliance, and follow-up. Participants will learn how human-centered AI can reduce cognitive load, preserve clinical judgment, and improve the patient and caregiver experience. The session also provides practical guidance for evaluating AI technologies and technology partners, helping leaders make informed implementation decisions that strengthen care teams and support a more connected future of care.

Session Objectives:  

1.  Describe the emerging role of AI in healthcare delivery and organizational operations.  

2.  List the essential criteria for evaluating AI technologies and implementation partners.

3.  Identify ways AI can support workforce sustainability, strengthen care teams, and increase time for human connection with patients.
