Description
Stronger at the Table: MHHA Regional Provider Roadshow
Join the Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association for an evening of networking and education with home care and hospice leaders from your region.
Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed care plans pay for a growing share of Michigan’s home care and hospice patients, yet most agencies still negotiate with those plans alone. A clinically integrated network (CIN) lets independent agencies work together on quality and contract with health plans as a network, offering coverage and results no single agency can show alone.
MHHA is exploring a proposed Michigan home care and hospice managed care network. Come hear the proposal, ask questions, and tell us whether it works for your organization. You will learn:
• What a CIN is, and what it is not
• How a network can strengthen your position with health plans
• What MHHA is proposing, and what participation would involve
• What happens next, and how you can be part of it
MHHA will move forward when enough providers commit, so your participation is critical for this initiative to succeed.
Who should attend: Owners, CEOs, administrators and revenue cycle professionals from home health, hospice, and private duty and home care agencies. MHHA members and non-members are welcome.
Cost: Free, with food and refreshments provided. Registration is required for members and non-members. This event is open to provider organizations only. Vendors, consultants and health plans are not eligible to attend.
